In which countries do you deliver?
We currently deliver exclusively within the United States.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees—the total amount you see at checkout is the final price.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Orders can be tracked through our tracking page or directly on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking details.
How long is the processing and shipping time?
Handling Time: 1–2 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Transit Time: 3–7 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–9 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing.

After this period, orders can no longer be canceled but may still be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I change my order?
Order changes are not guaranteed once processing begins. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
What is your return policy?
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Once your return is approved, the total refund process may take up to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Do you offer product warranties?
We do not offer extended warranties unless explicitly stated on the product page.
However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue in accordance with our policy.
What payment methods are accepted and how is the transaction secured?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
