Return & Refund Policy

At Avelor Boutique, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and unassembled
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all original labels, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, damage, or alteration may be refused and returned to the customer. Returns of used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items will not be accepted.


How to Return a Product

Our customer support team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and the appropriate return address.


Important

Return Address: All returns should be shipped to our US warehouse address listed below (6800 W 68th St, Bedford Park, IL 60638, USA) unless otherwise instructed by our support team.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Please:

• Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
• Ship the package using a trackable shipping method

Recommended carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent services.

Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.


Refunds

• The total refund process may take up to 10 business days after return approval
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method
Return Shipping: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For non-defective items, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• Free shipping promotions do not generate additional shipping refunds


Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery.


How Exchanges Work

• The item you wish to exchange
• Desired size, color, or variant

We will confirm product availability and provide return instructions.

Ship the item using a trackable shipping method.

Once received and approved, the replacement item will be shipped at no additional cost.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, notify us within 48 hours at:

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, you may choose between:

• A free replacement (return and reshipment at our expense), or
• A full refund, including return shipping costs


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered processing.
