We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, or incomplete customer information.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been sent. If payment has been made and the order cannot be accepted, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Products purchased are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Avelor Boutique does not charge any hidden fees. Any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are determined by local authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge the full amount displayed at checkout, including taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees.

Section 5 – Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Risk & Ownership:
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Section 6 – Returns and Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Returned items must meet all conditions outlined in that policy.

Section 7 – Claims and Damaged Items

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery, it must be reported within 48 hours, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once approved, Avelor Boutique will either:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a full refund, including return shipping where applicable

Section 8 – Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins. If the order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
